Travel with me!

Exploring Tokyo, Japan:

This travel film documents a trip my mother and I took to Tokyo, Japan in October, created to capture our experiences while showcasing my passion for travel and cultural exploration. The project allowed me to further develop my video editing skills, as the entire film was edited in Adobe Premiere Pro. Through this process, I focused on storytelling, pacing, and visual composition to create a cohesive and engaging narrative. Beyond strengthening my technical abilities, this project also reflects my personal growth and the value I place on experiencing new places and perspectives through travel.

Exploring Iceland:

This project was a deeply personal endeavor, filmed and edited entirely on my own during a solo trip to Iceland in October 2024. While traveling, I had the opportunity to capture a variety of striking visuals that reflected both the landscape and the experience of independent exploration.

Through this process, I began developing my own filming and editing style. Experimenting with pacing, composition, and tone allowed me to better understand my creative instincts and storytelling preferences.

In addition, my campus job advisor provided valuable guidance in post-production. They introduced me to transition techniques using plug-ins and helped me think critically about how to refine a personal editing style that feels both intentional and authentic.

This film represents not only my technical growth but also a moment of creative self-discovery.
